About the Role:
We are seeking a UX Designer passionate about shaping user-centered digital experiences. You will join a Digital Experience & Product Services team at the headquarters in Anderlecht.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences inside innovative technologies. You will collaborate closely with Digital Technology teams to deliver impactful, inclusive, and seamless user experiences across UCB’s digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct user research and usability assessment to support design decisions
- Design and prototype solutions using tools such as Figma and Figma Make
- Perform UX/UI audits and identify improvement opportunities
- Curiosity to prototype AI-driven user experiences and explore emerging interaction patterns
- Collaborate with development teams to bring designs to life
- Contribute to the delivery of custom-built digital solutions across multiple domains
- Ensure experiences improve both patient outcomes and employee productivity at UCB
- Support the design and evolution of agentic and generative AI-based platforms
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, UX Design, or similar)
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Digital Product Design, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Figma Make, Lovable or similar
- Experience in research, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies
- Curiosity and exposure to agentic and generative AI
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to justify design decisions
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
