The organization is financially healthy, has a compact and professional finance team and is now strengthening the function for the next growth phase. From the Brussels region you work closely with the MD and a tight management team with short communication lines.
Your responsibilities as Finance Manager
You own the full management reporting cycle including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis and advise the MD and management team on the back of clear financial insights
You manage statutory accounts under BE GAAP, corporate income tax, VAT and ensure compliance with all legal and internal control requirements
You lead, coach and develop the finance team and maintain the relationships with auditors, tax authorities, banks and external partners
You critically evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies and implement structural improvements together with the management team
You combine hands-on execution with strategic insight and shift smoothly between full P&L ownership, technical accounting and long-term decisions
Your profile as Finance Manager
Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably with team management exposure
Fluent in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French
Offer
Salary between €75.000 and €85.000 gross per year, depending on experience
