We are looking for a Sales Support Intern, currently enrolled in a Business, Sales, Economics, or similar program, to assist the Sales Support PA&A team across the EMEA region. The role supports daily commercial operations, ensuring accuracy in order management and contributing to smooth internal coordination.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Process and track transactions (sales orders, credits, debits, etc...) and operational reports in line with internal policies.
Manage order modifications (quantity changes, delivery updates, cancellations, corrections).
Perform stock availability checks and coordinate with logistics and planning teams.
Support the sales support team with reporting, data entry, and follow‑up on customer requests.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort working with data and digital tools (Excel or CRM/ERP systems experience such as SAP are a plus).
Proactive, communicative, and able to work in a fast‑paced multicultural environment.
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
