We are looking for a Pricing & Logistics Performance Manager to help build and structure a dedicated pricing and performance function for our parcel and freight activities in Belgium.
This position combines advanced data analysis, pricing logic, process improvement, and operational understanding. You will work on projects ranging from pricing proposals for customers to profitability validation and the correct setup of operational flows within our in-house Transport Management System.
You will play a central role in turning complex data into clear business recommendations; while continuously improving the way pricing and operational processes are managed across the organization. You will also support implementation projects and help ensure that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, logistics, supply chain, or transport operations
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as QlikSense
- Ability to create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer-facing discussions
- Strong understanding of operational processes and financial impact
- Ability to identify process gaps and propose practical improvements
- Experience supporting projects, implementations, or business transformation initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced analytical or project-driven environment
- Experience in transport & distribution is considered an asset (parcel, pallet, transport, or logistics operations)
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, or performance management
- Ability to connect operational, financial, and customer perspectives to support decision-making
