As a Quality Officer, your main mission is to guarantee the flawless quality of our Smartsales and Rooftop solutions. Every three months, our developers release a new version of these software. That's where you come in: your role is to test these updates on iOS, Android and the web before they go into production. On a daily basis, you wear two hats!
1. Guardian of the user experience
Your job doesn't stop at checking whether updates work properly. You go far beyond that! Your trained eye allows you to assess whether our solutions are logical, intuitive and ergonomic. Your goal? Put yourself in the shoes of the everyday user to make our applications as user-friendly as possible.
To achieve this, you work closely with developers, analysts and designers. Together, you share a common goal: making our applications evolve. You're the one who gives the final green light before each new version goes live.
2. Go-to point of contact for our customers
At the same time, you're the go-to expert for our users. You know the ins and outs of our applications' features, making you the ideal person to advise and guide our customers whenever a question or technical issue comes up.
In this central role, you follow up on customer requests and any bugs by forwarding them to the right teams. You coordinate with developers, consultants and customers to ensure a fast and efficient resolution.
