Who You’ll Work With
You will report to the Head of Procurement Sustainability & FFG and collaborate closely with colleagues of Category Management teams, Environmental Sustainability, External Manufacturing Sustainability, Supply Chain, Corporate Sustainability, Legal, and Risk functions. You will also engage with external partners and suppliers to advance sustainability initiatives and drive collective impact.
What You’ll Do

Embed ESG criteria into sourcing, supplier selection, contracting, and performance management processes.
-
Lead supplier engagement initiatives to drive sustainability performance and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ESG regulations and sustainability policies.
-
Drive Scope 3 emissions reduction initiatives, including data collection, target setting, and decarbonisation programs.
-
Track and report procurement sustainability KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities through data and analytics.
-
Partner cross‑functionally to integrate sustainable practices across procurement and supply chain operations.
-
Lead and develop the procurement sustainability team while building the training, tools, capability, and accountability needed to embed sustainable procurement practices across the organisation.
-
Support procurement performance monitoring by contributing to the definition, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
-
Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, or sustainability roles, including supplier engagement and decarbonisation programs.
-
Solid understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainable procurement, and Scope 3.1.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across a global, matrix organisation.
-
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a focus on driving measurable impact.
