As a Consultant in Learning & Development, you’ll be the architect behind learning journeys that make a difference. Working at the crossroads of learning science, human centred design, and technology, you’ll help our clients turn strategy into learning that sticks.
You’ll use creativity, data, and emerging tech — from Articulate 360 to AI enhanced design tools — to transform ideas into immersive learning experiences. No two projects are the same: one day you’ll design a digital simulation, the next you’ll shape a blended programme for leaders across continents.
What you’ll do
• Design and develop bold, learner centred solutions using tools like Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe, and AI powered authoring platforms.
• Create multi format learning experiences — e learning, video, simulations, and more.
• Experiment with generative AI to create personalised, adaptive learning paths that learners actually want to follow.
• Collaborate with clients to co create impactful learning strategies.
• Advise on the future of learning — from blended learning journeys to AI integration and learning culture development.
• Deliver projects end to end, ensuring every deliverable meets Deloitte’s quality promise.
• Act as the bridge between project managers, clients, and junior team members.
• Exchange ideas with peers across Belgium and beyond.
• Stay on top of emerging trends in learning technology, AI, and workplace transformation — and bring fresh insights back to the team.
