Direct strategic impact: Lead and shape the global market access strategy for flagship brands, with visibility at senior level and strong cross-functional influence.

Design and drive market access strategies for key products, ensuring optimal reimbursement and pricing outcomes that support the company's mission to bring innovative therapies to patients worldwide.

Lead cross-functional market access initiatives with Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and Commercial colleagues, translating clinical and scientific evidence into compelling value stories for payers and healthcare systems.

Build internal market access excellence, including mentoring a Market Access Specialist and shaping tools, processes and best practices that strengthen the company's long-term market access capability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field

Multiple years of experience in Market Access, Health Economics or Reimbursement within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry

Advanced HEOR & value communication skills

Strong strategic and stakeholder skills: Apply your analytical mindset, strategic thinking and excellent communication abilities to anticipate reimbursement risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage HTA and payer interactions, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams

Fluent level of English is required, other languages like Dutch, German and French are a plus
