Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Demonstrated relevant experience (8+ years) in the area of Digital Transformation, specifically in Business Services (HR, Finance, Procurement),and large-scale ERP implementation programs;
- Proven experience in program management and project management;
- Proven experience in delivering ERP and Business Services projects delivering clear value in large international organizations, including data platforms.
Desirable:
- Experience working in NATO and understanding of relevant NATO policy;
- Experience with market solutions in the domain of business services and ERP;
- Experience with commercial cloud provider platforms and/or on-premise cloud platforms.
Duties/role:
- Driving alignment and collaboration across NATO enterprise initiatives and business services, ensuring coherence and increased effectiveness across all organizational entities;
- Acting as the main lead for the Business Services Transformation Office to ensure streamlined processes and operational excellence across NATO entities;
- Providing expert advisory support on business services, large-scale ERP implementations, and business transformation initiatives.
