Job Description
As part of our bonded Warehouse Operations Management, you will play a key role in managing the flow of goods. You will be responsible for efficiently organizing inbound and outbound cargo operations, while coordinating loading and unloading activities with warehouse teams.
Working closely with our customs clearance department, you will ensure compliance with procedures and the smooth movement of goods. You will also be responsible for the accurate management of documents related to logistics operations, including file follow-up, archiving, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize inbound and outbound cargo flows according to customs requirements.
- Coordinate loading and unloading operations with logistics teams.
- Manage and monitor administrative and customs-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (customs clearance, transport, warehouse) to optimize operations.
Profile Required:
- Experience in logistics or import/export flow management is appreciated.
- Relevant diploma or training in the field.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, logistics management software).
- Fluency in French and good understanding of English.
- Strong organizational skills, administrative accuracy, and team spirit.
- Knowledge of customs procedures is an asset.
