Job Description
As E-KAM, you are responsible for managing, developing, and growing our online customer portfolio across the Benelux & German market. You build strong partnerships with webshops, online retailers, marketplaces, and e-commerce players, while ensuring sustainable sales growth and strong brand visibility online.
You translate our commercial strategy into concrete digital growth opportunities and work closely with both customers and internal teams to maximize performance. You combine a strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking and know how to navigate a fast-moving e-commerce environment.
In this role, you become a key link between sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain, ensuring smooth collaboration and excellent execution across all online channels.
Your Mission
Your mission is to accelerate our online business and strengthen the digital presence of our brands across the Benelux & Germany. You identify growth opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and ensure our brands are positioned strongly and professionally within the e-commerce landscape.
You drive performance through smart commercial initiatives, strong account management, and close collaboration with strategic online partners. By combining business development, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision making, you contribute directly to the continued growth and success of our organization.
What Will You Do?
- Manage and develop a portfolio of online key accounts and webshops
- Negotiate commercial agreements, campaigns, and online visibility opportunities
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and digital activations with customers
- Analyze sales figures, online performance, and customer KPIs
- Monitor assortment, pricing, and online brand presentation across platforms
- Prospect and onboard new online retail partners and marketplaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, finance, and logistics
Who Are We Looking For?
- You have experience in key account management, e-commerce, or online sales
- You combine strong commercial skills with an analytical mindset
- You are confident in negotiations and relationship management
- You work independently while maintaining strong collaboration internally
- You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
- You are comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and performance analysis
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, German and English
