Our client is accelerating its digital transformation through a dedicated innovation and transformation team that operates at the intersection of business and technology. The objective is to support business departments in their transformation journey by identifying opportunities for improvement, challenging existing ways of working, and leveraging digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to create business value.
The selected consultant will act as a trusted partner for business stakeholders, helping them define their future vision, align initiatives with strategic objectives, and ensure effective collaboration between business and IT teams. The role requires a strong combination of business analysis, transformation management, innovation mindset, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Support business teams throughout their digital transformation initiatives.
Analyze the current business context, processes, organizational structures, and operational challenges.
Facilitate the definition and formalization of business needs and transformation objectives.
Challenge existing assumptions and help stakeholders build ambitious yet realistic target visions.
Identify and evaluate digital transformation opportunities, including AI-driven solutions.
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Ensure alignment between local initiatives and the broader digital transformation strategy.
Promote innovation, collaboration, and adoption of new ways of working.
Contribute to the identification, assessment, and prioritization of Artificial Intelligence use cases.
Business Analysis & Transformation
Analyze current business processes, pain points, and organizational dynamics.
Build a clear understanding of the AS-IS situation before initiating transformation activities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops.
Gather, structure, document, and challenge business requirements.
Formalize transformation objectives and business expectations.
Support the definition of TO-BE operating models and future-state visions.
Digital Innovation & Solution Assessment
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital technologies.
Research market trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.
Evaluate potential digital initiatives and their business value.
Recommend suitable approaches aligned with business priorities and technology capabilities.
Business & IT Alignment
Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for IT teams.
Facilitate communication and mutual understanding between business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure consistency between business expectations, IT constraints, and strategic objectives.
Monitor ongoing initiatives and identify overlaps, dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Prepare structured analyses, reports, and executive presentations.
Communicate complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
Influence, challenge, and inspire stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships across business and IT communities.
Change & Adoption
Support business teams during the implementation of new solutions and ways of working.
Facilitate change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
Help ensure transformation initiatives are understood, accepted, and sustainably embedded within the organization.
Artificial Intelligence
Identify business opportunities where AI can generate measurable value.
Assess the feasibility and relevance of AI use cases.
Support the prioritization of AI initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment.
Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities within broader digital transformation programs.
You have the following skills
Education
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Digital Consultant, or in a similar role.
Strong background in digital transformation initiatives.
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
Experience working with both business and IT stakeholders.
Functional Competencies
Business process analysis and optimization.

Digital transformation methodologies.
Solution assessment and opportunity identification.
