Agilité is looking for a Construction Site Manager to lead high-value space refurbishment and construction projects across retail, offices, commercial premises, hotels, and restaurants. This newly-created position – supporting Agilité’s expansion across Europe – empowers you to work across a wide range of construction projects in Belgium, with a direct impact on quality, deadlines, and the client experience.
The role will be the technical reference on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and representing the company.

Key Responsibilities.
- Planning and supervision of work;
- Participate in the elaboration, management and follow-up of schedules (purchase, deliveries, works, reserves);
- Verify the execution plans, prepare and organise the construction site (human and material resources, storage, access, authorisation requests, utility networks and supplier-contact);
- Coordinate works and interventions of all subcontractors, follow the progress, lead meetings of progress and management on site to guarantee respect of the planned activity, budget deadlines;
- Ensure the link between the different actors of the project (customer, design office, execution teams, service providers...) and ensure that the remarks made by the control bodies are considered;
- Ensure compliance with and application of regulations as well as Agilite's internal health and safety, health protection and environmental policies and procedures;
- Identify and correct implementation defects or non-conformities in the execution of the work;
- Establish the list of reserves at the time of the operations of reception of work;
- Write all or part of the site reports relating to the packages forunder your responsibility;
- Lead lifting of all reserves/snags in the allotted timeframe defined for each project;
- Establish progress reports with third parties (subcontractor, architect, client, and other statutory bodies);
- Analyse the customer's request, the need, the risks and opportunities of the project;
- Analyse the functional, environmental and technical characteristics of the type of work or product to be produced (regulations, organisations, assembly, manufacturing, operating and safety constraints);
- Ensure compliance with the rules regarding all aspects of HSQE and ISO requirements;
- Continually review opportunities to comply with and enhance Agilite's B-Corp status.
Qualifications.
- A degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in office, retail, hotel, and/or hospitality construction projects
- Strong negotiation, budget, and deadline management skills
- Proactive profile, with technical vision and aesthetic sensibility for unique spaces.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch).

Pay: €70.000,00 - €85.000,00 per year
