We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global C&B Manager to play a key role in enhancing and harmonizing our compensation & benefits practices across Manuchar globally, based at our headquarters in Antwerp.
In your area of expertise, you will drive the further development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits frameworks to support our international workforce.
The successful candidate has a blend of hands-on operational expertise and strategic vision, is capable of leading significant initiatives and is contributing to our goal of being an employer of choice.
Your Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy Development:
- Drive the evolution of Manuchar’s global reward framework, aligning it with our growth ambitions and business strategy.
Build consistent job grading and strengthen pay governance, ensuring impactful and future-proof reward decisions.

- Benefits Analysis and Design:
- Shape and implement competitive, sustainable and compliant global benefits programs.
- Challenge and optimize cost structures to deliver maximum value for both employees and the business
- Global Mobility
- Lead the roll-out of development programs for emerging talent.
Focus on expatriate management and international employment policies to support our global workforce.

- Budgeting and Compliance:
- Oversee annual HR budgeting and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with financial goals and compliance with local labour laws.
Stay up to date on legislative changes related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.

- Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead various HR projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and complex cases, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Your Profile
- You have 10 years of experience within the C&B domain, preferably in an international context.
- You have an analytical mindset, experience with complex reporting and data analysis, and the ability to translate these into advice and optimizations.
- You have excellent presentation skills and experience in advising senior managers and in change management.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Dutch are a must, Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll and experience with Mercer is a plus.
