The team is looking for an Engagement Coordinator / Project Manager.
Function description
Collaborate with stakeholders, communities and colleagues in the Engagement & Sustainability team to impactfully implement our sustainability strategy.
Optimise our initiatives in an agile manner, thereby building a coherent approach, together with different stakeholders within our bank.
Actively involve all colleagues in the bank’s sustainability initiatives.
Coördinate with different stakeholders, give strategic direction and maintain overview of ongoing projects.
Report back and follow up on evolution of the objectives and key results.
Follow-up on impact measurement methodology for our social and biodiversity programs.
Supporting the Sustainability Community: assist our own team and the sales animation teams in driving a sustainability community within the bank in all segments.
Co-create strategic content & events together with the MarCom teams, internally as well as externally, in order to position our bank as a leader in sustainable finance and a socially engaged bank.
