Our client is a well-established international company, with a steady expansion. You will be reporting directly to the chief accountant and have contact with various stakeholders.
Description
In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

General ledger accounting
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings

Review and control of the balance sheet

Preparation and filing of the annual accounts (NBB)

Submission of periodic VAT returns
-
Preparation of corporate income tax
-
Point of contact for audit matters

Monthly financial reporting
-
Process optimisation and automation
Profile
We are looking for someone that matches the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in accounting
-
Strong knowledge of BE GAAP
-
Fluent in Dutch and French, good command in English

Excellent knowledge of Excel
-
Analytical mindset

Excellent communication skills
