Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior CyberArk Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise cybersecurity program focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM), infrastructure security, and automation.
The role will focus on maintaining and evolving a complex CyberArk ecosystem, supporting production operations, and contributing to infrastructure automation initiatives.
The environment includes integration with enterprise platforms, infrastructure-as-code pipelines, and PAM enhancement tooling designed to extend native CyberArk capabilities and simplify operational processes.
The successful candidate will work within an international and multicultural environment supporting critical infrastructure and high-security environments across multiple business domains.
Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain CyberArk infrastructure and related PAM components in a production environment.
Provide L2 support and incident management for CyberArk platforms and services.
Support security patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
Contribute to PAM enhancement initiatives, including custom tooling and automation solutions extending native CyberArk functionalities.
Participate in infrastructure automation projects, including account provisioning, onboarding workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code deployment pipelines.
Support implementation, configuration, integration, and production deployment activities across CyberArk components.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and compliance with security standards.
Perform security assessments and recommend remediation measures where required.
Support OS upgrade activities across Linux, Windows, and Mainframe environments.
Contribute to operational documentation, technical procedures, and best practices.
Participate in on-call / watch-duty support rotation at a later stage of the engagement.
Required skills & experience
Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting CyberArk infrastructure in enterprise environments
Proven expertise with:
CyberArk PAS
Password Vault
Central Policy Manager (CPM)
Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Pvwa / Admin Console
Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles and security best practices
Experience supporting complex production infrastructure and handling L2/L3 operational incidents
Knowledge of Psmp and Linux administration is highly desirable
Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise security solutions such as SIEM, IAM, and related PAM technologies
Good understanding of authentication protocols, encryption technologies, and enterprise network security
Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell and/or Python
Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated account provisioning processes
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced and highly secure enterprise environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred certifications:
CyberArk Certified Defender (Ccd)
CyberArk Certified Trustee (CCT)
Other relevant cybersecurity or infrastructure certifications
