What will you do?

As Team Coordinator Social Workers, you play a pivotal role in implementing and promoting the workplace well‑being policy within bpost. You provide hierarchical leadership, coaching and development to a team of 12 social workers, ensuring process quality, operational efficiency and strong collaboration across departments.
Your responsibilities span preventive actions, psychosocial risk management, support in critical incidents, guidance on sensitive cases, and translating strategic directions into concrete actions. You stimulate cross-functional cooperation, ensure clear communication, and drive continuous improvement and organisational change within your team.

Who are you?

You hold a master’s degree in Human Sciences (or equivalent through experience) and have at least five years of relevant experience.
You bring strong leadership and coaching skills, solid analytical and decision-making capabilities, and the ability to set clear priorities.
You demonstrate deep knowledge of workplace well‑being legislation, harassment and psychosocial procedures.
Discreet, emotionally resilient and solution-oriented, you manage sensitive and complex situations with professionalism.
You are proactive, innovative, flexible (critical‑incident availability) and comfortable working in a transforming organisation.
Excellent command of French AND Dutch as well as a valid driving licence B are required.
