The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of automated equipment and infrastructure to ensure maximum operational uptime.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
- Performing preventative maintenance activities
- Supporting automated material handling and warehouse systems
- Troubleshooting conveyors, lifts, automated transport systems, and related equipment
- Working closely with operations teams to minimise downtime
- Escalating complex technical issues when required
- Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or similar
- Strong hands-on technical skills
- Experience with both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Willingness to work a rotating shift pattern

Working Pattern
- Rotating early and late shifts
- Occasional night shifts
