The focus of the role
Working with a wide range of stakeholders including Account Management, Sales, Solution, Legal, and Finance, you will ensure that risks and commercial risks and best practices are identified, assessed, and managed throughout the full deal lifecycle and applied during service delivery.
Your key areas of responsibility include:
- Sales phase: shaping deals from a commercial contract management perspective to ensure contracts are manageable during delivery
- Delivery phase: ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization
You will act as the primary point of contact for commercial and contractual matters for assigned key accounts, advising account, sales, and delivery teams and ensuring Capgemini’s compliance with contractual obligations.
