Roche Belgium& Luxembourg is seeking an individual to join theCustomer Engagement Chapter as a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for LUXEMBOURG (GDL) to drive value for patients, the ecosystem and Roche. In this role, you'll generate actionable customer insights and position Roche’s products to deliver better patient outcomes.

Your impact
As a PJP in Oncology for LUXEMBOURG, you will be the catalyst for change in the oncology patient journey, bridging the gap between Roche’s innovative treatments and the evolving needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
Your key responsibilities:
- Gather and share stakeholder insights and advocate the appropriate use of Roche’s products
- Influence strategy and tactical omnichannel engagement plans based on customer insights
- Ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct and local regulations
