You closely monitor the academy budget
You manage and record training courses per employee

You prepare financial and substantive reports
You collect and structure data for internal and international reports
You create clear and professional presentations
You collect and organize information before and after practice visits
You coordinate visits by the medical team together with local teams
Project coordination
You hold a bachelor’s degree that demonstrates your organizational skills
You excel at planning, organizing and following up
You work with precision and in a structured manner
You communicate fluently and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders
You take the initiative and think proactively
You are familiar with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
