Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized/certified university in a related discipline (mainly CIS/IT) and at least 2 years of post-related experience OR alternatively, no university degree may be compensated by at least 6 years of extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the delivery and implementation of management support mechanisms or other professional-level activities;
- Good knowledge of the NATO Operational Planning Process or similar and comparable planning processes.
Duties/role:
- Participating in Operations Planning Processes at strategic and/or operational level, including travel to planning and execution activities;
- Liaising with the COO Account Manager (AM) and coordinating requested support with Agency Operational Elements;
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing new OPEX military and civilian staff, assisting and advising them on responsibilities throughout the CIS planning process.
