We are looking for a Sales Lead Immunology who is collaborative, curious, and patient-focussed to join our Immunology team, based in Belgium.
About the role
In this role, you will help bring meaningful value to patients by connecting strategy with field execution across Belgium and Luxembourg, while coaching and developing your team to deliver with impact. You are going to foster strong collaboration, support commercial excellence, and strengthen trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. By balancing human insight with scientific understanding, you will help shape sustainable growth, enable learning, and ensure every initiative reflects quality, ethics, and care.
Who you will work with
You will work with a supportive Immunology team that brings together commercial, medical, access, and learning colleagues. You are going to collaborate closely with country solution partners, healthcare partner colleagues, and European community peers to share insights, strengthen plans, and improve execution. The environment is collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented, giving you space to coach others, learn continuously, and help create meaningful experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.
What you will do

Connecting brand strategy with thoughtful local execution across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will foster team growth through coaching, feedback, and in-field capability development.

You will enable cross-functional account planning aligned with immunology priorities and patient needs.

Monitor performance insights and support informed decisions across assets and regions.

build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, payers, and wider ecosystem stakeholders.

You will uphold quality, ethics, and compliance in every initiative and interaction.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or equivalent experience.

Experience in commercial (leadership) roles within the pharmaceutical industry

People management, experience in enabling teams through coaching, feedback, and development

Experience supporting launches and fostering collaboration across matrixed, cross-functional teams.

Curious mindset with confidence using insights, customer data, and digital engagement approaches.

Strong communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
