You will join a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment based in Herentals, where ownership, accuracy and the ability to prioritize are key to success. As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between customers, logistics partners and internal departments such as production, planning and sales.
Act as a daily point of contact for customers, internal departments and logistics partners
Process customer orders accurately in SAP
Monitor and follow up deliveries, collections and transportation activities
Ensure the correct administrative processing of orders and shipping documentation
Coordinate with transport companies regarding deliveries, documentation and timelines
Handle customer complaints, issues and deviations in a professional and transparent manner
Align customer orders with production, planning and sales teams
Provide administrative support related to invoicing and credit notes
Contribute to the smooth flow of customer service and logistics operations
Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality within the system
We are looking for a proactive and well organized professional who enjoys working in an operational environment and can easily switch between different priorities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
Experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination or supply chain support is a strong asset
Customer oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Professional communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP is mandatory
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during busy periods
Team player with a hands on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
Flexible, adaptable and open to change
