From our ateliers in Izegem, Bruges and Lendelede, 40 skilled craftspeople create seating furniture that unites craftsmanship, comfort and design. Every piece is the result of precision, aesthetic sensibility and a deep love for the trade.

Do you have a passion for design, marketing and client relations? Collett & Victor is looking for a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help shape our growth.

Function

You ensure Collett & Victor is visible and consistently present across all channels, with content that reflects our style and values.
You manage, refine and keep the website and social media channels up to date.
You create and distribute high-quality content: posts, blog articles, newsletters and targeted mailings.
You support the preparation and organisation of trade fairs and events for architects and design professionals.
You actively contribute to the launch and positioning of our new showroom in Kortrijk.
You safeguard the Collett & Victor brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and premium appearance.
You manage and update the sample collection, making sure material and colour swatches are complete, accurate and well-presented for clients and the showroom.
You coordinate the organisation and follow-up of print materials: from briefing and design to delivery and quality control.
You contribute to the set-up of marketing automation within our new ERP system and help implement this step by step.

Your profile

You have demonstrable experience in marketing and communications, preferably within interior design, design or premium brands.
You have a passion for interior design, colours and materials, and intuitively understand the aesthetics of our brand.
You feel at home in the high-end interior world and understand the expectations of a discerning audience.
You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
Creativity, structure and attention to detail define your way of working.
You are comfortable with social media platforms and enjoy creating content independently.
An affinity with digital tools and marketing automation is a plus.
