You will contribute to high-impact engagements, managing workstreams and supporting delivery excellence while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
You will combine hands-on delivery with analytical thinking, ensuring structured outputs and supporting business development activities that expand our market presence and impact.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Managing a small team or workstream within a consulting project.
Owning portions of client deliverables and driving review process with managers and leadership.
Building relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring effective and professional communication.
Contributing to the structure and facilitation materials for client meetings and workshops.
Contributing to the development and socialisation of frameworks, deliverables, templates, and accelerators.
Identifying opportunities to improve engagement delivery, contributing new ideas, and raising risks before they escalate.
Support practice building efforts such as onboarding, mentoring, training, and knowledge management.
Curating and maintaining client success library to support business development.
Drafting and formatting portions of proposals, and client presentations.
Performing detailed research and data analysis.
Supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
Your skills and experience:
Consulting experience at a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in an advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company – contributing to consulting projects, managing timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesise insights into presentations tailored to target audiences.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with some experience of developing trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Experience developing basic value cases and financial models to support recommendations.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
