As a Junior SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant, you will join Capgemini’s ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) team. Within this team, you work at the intersection of technology, data, and financial processes, supporting clients in the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of their SAP Finance & Controlling landscape. Together with your project team, you help organizations modernize their finance operations by translating business needs into robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze financial business requirements and translate them into clear, structured SAP functional specifications
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to define scope, validate requirements, and ensure alignment across financial processes
- Support testing activities, integration validation, cutover preparation, and go‑live phases
- Apply SAP best practices and support clients in adopting a standard‑first, data‑driven approach
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and other functional teams within ADM to ensure end‑to‑end process quality and consistency
