WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NAS & STORAGE SOLUTIONS) – BENELUX

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of NAS and accessory products across the Benelux region. The role focuses on developing strong channel partnerships and expanding business across Consumer Electronics, IT, and B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow NAS product channels in the Benelux region
- Execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners
- Manage customer visits and support ongoing business development
- Gather and share market insights with HQ
- Coordinate marketing efforts between European and Chinese teams
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of NAS / storage / IT infrastructure products
- 3+ years’ experience in channel sales or business development
- Strong understanding of European IT distribution networks
- Existing distributor/channel network is a strong advantage
- Fluent English and Dutch required (French is a plus)
- Willingness to travel within Benelux
