Your most important tasks
- Manning counter: Issuing equipment and small machinery
- Registration: Keeping track of everything in our ERP system with scanner or via PC
- Managing PPE: Ensuring that the correct personal protective equipment is issued per department/function
- Receiving and processing deliveries:
- Inspect delivered materials and check for conformity with delivery note and order
- Registration in our ERP system
- Placing materials in the correct locations in the warehouse
- Providing lockers with correct materials
- Changing materials/clothing according to correct procedure
- Managing measuring equipment: Timely dispatch to suppliers for repair and calibration
- Replenishing material boxes: Efficient and correct
- Check when leaving work: Check materials and signal when something is missing
