Business Controller – Your key responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely financial consolidation
- Drive and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across several international entities and business units
- Conduct detailed performance analysis vs. budget/forecast, translating figures into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership
- Support the design and monitoring of performance-related compensation schemes and annual bonus calculations
- Continuously enhance internal reporting frameworks and financial tracking tools to improve clarity and decision-making efficiency
Business Controller – Your requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business controlling/auditing
- Fluency in English + good command of French/Dutch is a strong asset
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent
