As a Recruitment Consultant, you get the opportunity to take full ownership of your processes, both on the candidate side and the client side:
- You receive top-of-the-line onboarding and training that familiarize you with our way of working.
- You proactively build a network of candidates and clients within your area of expertise, thereby expanding your portfolio.
- You lead contract negotiations, honing your closing skills in the process.
