About this vacancy

Responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of a date center construction project
Conduct quality control inspections of mechanical installations and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes
Enforce safety regulations and inspections
Coordinate the project and collaborate with all stakeholders (contractors, internal/external design teams, project managers, other disciplines, …)
Maintain and provide up-to-date project documentation (incl. reports and inspections)

What we expect from you

You have proven experience as a mechanical supervisor in construction projects
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
Good knowledge of building services : HVAC, fire stopping and fire protection, lifts, generators, cooling systems, internal architectural, etc
Strong understanding of construction project management principles
At least 6Y of experience in the field
You are fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus
