payments The position offers a base compensation of 3800 - 4100 EUR gross monthly and is eligible for an annual bonus. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
You support our team as
- Own and lead the demand forecasting process, ensuring high forecast accuracy and optimal product availability across short, mid, and long-term horizons (volume and value)
- Act as a key partner for Sales and Marketing, translating market trends, promotions, launches, and delistings into reliable demand plans
- Maintain, review, and continuously improve forecasting models, planning master data, and replenishment strategies in SAP / IBP
- Play a key role in the S&OP process, preparing data, supporting consensus meetings, and providing clear insights on availability, promotions, and lifecycle activities (phase-in/phase-out)
- Monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and service levels (SFD, CSL, ICSL, SSL), analyzing deviations and driving continuous improvement actions
- Manage ordering from production sites, suppliers, and co-packers, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with the sales and production plans
- Coordinate co-packing activities, balancing product availability, cost efficiency, production scheduling, and raw material supply
- Handle supply chain topics including quality issues, SLOB management, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Relevant higher education or minimum 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or related functions
- Solid experience in demand forecasting/ Supply planning or Logistic management, preferably in FMCG
- Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of SAP / IBP / BI tools
- Very good command of English (minimum B2), enabling effective communication in an international environment
- Strong analytical background (statistics, data analysis, business interpretation)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions
- Proactive, self driven mindset with ownership for results
