- You help identify and conduct operational evaluations of local suppliers in accordance with the selection criteria defined by Group Sourcing, and manage day-to-day relationships with them (supply contracts, quality agreements, manufacturing specifications, disputes, etc.).
- You optimize production costs with suppliers and subcontractors and manage procurement while ensuring effective inventory control.
- In collaboration with Sourcing, you define the terms and processes for procuring items purchased by the company.
- You conduct operational, supplier, and subcontractor risk analyses at the local level and alert Group Sourcing to adjust the strategy if necessary.
- You adapt and implement locally the purchasing strategy and supplier selection rules defined by Sourcing, taking into account the site’s specific operational requirements.
- You monitor procurement schedules for raw materials, supplies, and (semi-)finished products.
- You ensure comprehensive tracking of orders intended for production and product delivery (lead times, costs, documentation, invoice verification, and dispute resolution).
- You maintain regular communication with suppliers and manage their operational capacity and performance.
- You analyze forecasts and historical data to develop medium- and long-term production and procurement plans.
- You manage, analyze, and coordinate requests and schedule changes.
- You optimize costs associated with procurement methods.
- You ensure that data in the ERP system and management and reporting tools is up-to-date and reliable.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a good command of French and English.
- You have strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You have the ability to synthesize and analyze information.
- You take initiative and are capable of making decisions.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented.
- You are organized and have a strong sense of priorities.
