Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, machines, materialen en planning optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd, zodat onze producten veilig, kwaliteitsvol en tijdig worden afgewerkt. Je werkt nauw samen met een productieaansturend team van planners en assistenten en geeft leiding aan een grote groep ateliermedewerkers en teamleaders, met het oog op een efficiënte samenwerking en een vlotte organisatie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de productievloer en combineert mensgericht leiderschap met duidelijke verwachtingen en consequente opvolging. Concreet: Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en stuurt capaciteit en prioriteiten bij in functie van orders, kwaliteit en deadlines. Je coacht de teamleaders en ateliermedewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling. Je bewaakt de voorraad, magazijnwerking en correcte registratie van goederen en productiestromen. Je zorgt samen met de betrokken collega’s voor een betrouwbaar machinepark en een correcte uitvoering van het operationele onderhoud. Je volgt productiegegevens en KPI’s op en zet rapportering, digitalisering en procesverbetering in om de werking verder te optimaliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met Production Engineering, QHSE en HR en rapporteert aan de Operations Manager. Je profiel Je hebt minstens vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving. Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma, of bouwde door ervaring een gelijkwaardig technisch inzicht op. Je bent een toegankelijke en duidelijke peoplemanager die medewerkers kan motiveren, coachen en aanspreken. Je brengt structuur in een omgeving waarin volumes, prioriteiten en deadlines snel kunnen veranderen. Je hebt ervaring met productieplanning, procesverbetering en het gebruik van data of KPI’s. Je bent vertrouwd met een ERP-systeem binnen productie. Ervaring met Dynamics 365, digitalisering, magazijnbeheer of onderhoud is een extra troef.
