We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic Disaster Recovery (DRP) improvement program within a complex IT environment. The role focuses on strengthening resilience, ensuring continuity capabilities, and aligning IT recovery processes with business and security requirements.
Define and manage the full DRP project lifecycle (scope, planning, governance, risks, budget, deliverables).
Build and validate the Project Initiation Document (PID) and ensure alignment with governance standards.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, security, business units, vendors, BCM teams).
Drive the design, update, and validation of DRP deliverables (recovery plans, procedures, test scenarios, documentation).
Ensure alignment between IT recovery priorities, business expectations, and information security standards.
Organize and manage DRP testing, simulations, and exercises, including follow-up on corrective actions.
Monitor project progress through KPIs, milestones, reporting, and governance committees.
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues.
Ensure continuous improvement of DRP capabilities through lessons learned and structured feedback.
Prepare the transition to operational mode and ensure sustainability of the DRP framework.
You have the following skills
Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex, cross-functional IT projects.
Strong expertise in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity (BCP/DRP), or IT resilience programs.
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2 mandatory).
Experience delivering structured governance and project documentation (PID, risks, reporting, deliverables).
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across IT, security, and business domains.
Familiarity with IT security constraints and critical systems recovery.
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 27001) is a plus.
Strong leadership, autonomy, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Fluent French (C2 level required).
