What will you be doing?

As a consultant claims handler, you'll support insurers and brokers in settling claims, directly impacting both customer satisfaction and operational excellence. No two assignments are alike: you might dive into non-life, life, or hospitalization insurance, depending on your expertise, interests, and growth ambitions. Each project is temporary, giving you fresh challenges, new environments, and plenty of opportunities to grow with every step.

Beyond handling claims, you can apply your consulting mindset to spot patterns, challenge existing ways of working, and propose improvements. Sometimes that means streamlining processes, at other times it’s about helping teams adapt to new tools or legislation. In every case, you’ll bring variety, real impact, and drive, making you a true change agent!
