We are looking for a Country Manager for the Benelux region who will act as the commercial leader and face of our brand in the region. Your mission is to strengthen our market position, drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

Your responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a localized go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored to the Benelux market, with a focus on the Contract A&D markets.
Sales & Business Development: Proactively pursue high-value business accounts and manage and drive the local sales pipeline.
Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard and lead regional sales managers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align local initiatives with product development, marketing and customer service.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, regulatory changes and local market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at regional industry events, trade shows and in the local media.

Your profile:

At least 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, specifically within the Benelux market.
A proven track record of successfully scaling B2B markets through A&D and contractors in the region.
An existing and active network of corporate clients and partners in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Professional fluency in English and Dutch is required; fluency in French is highly preferred.
Extensive experience managing sales teams and making data-driven strategic decisions.
