At Proximus Global, we believe AI should deliver real business value, not remain a collection of isolated pilots and proofs of concept.
As an AI Deployment Strategist (our internal name role), you will work at the intersection of business, technology and transformation. Embedded within BU Connect, you will identify opportunities where AI can improve the way teams work, help prioritise the most valuable initiatives, and drive their journey from idea to adoption.
You will act as the business counterpart of technical teams and external partners, ensuring that AI solutions solve real operational challenges and become part of day-to-day business processes.
What you'll do
-
Identify high-value AI opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of BU Connect's processes, challenges and objectives. Through workshops, interviews and process analysis, you will uncover opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable business impact.
-
Turn ideas into actionable use cases
Work with stakeholders to define, structure and qualify AI use cases. You'll transform business needs into clear initiatives with defined objectives, owners, success criteria, data requirements and expected outcomes.
-
Drive prioritisation and decision-making
Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, risk and expected impact. You'll facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders and help maintain a transparent pipeline of AI initiatives.
-
Lead deployment from concept to adoption
Coordinate stakeholders across business teams, technical experts and external vendors to move AI initiatives from MVP to production. You'll keep projects on track, remove blockers and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
-
Drive change and adoption
Support end users throughout the implementation journey. Working alongside change and communication teams, you'll help ensure new AI solutions are embraced, used effectively and embedded into daily operations.
-
Measure business impact
Monitor adoption, performance and value creation after deployment. You'll use feedback and results to continuously improve existing solutions and identify future opportunities. -
Promote responsible AI
Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security and data privacy requirements, while helping business stakeholders understand and navigate these considerations.
What we're looking for
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
