Your role
As a Functional Analyst, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. You analyse requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
You will:
Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, process flows, and specifications.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers.
Conduct impact and gap analyses to support decision-making.
Support the design and optimisation of business processes and digital solutions.
Coordinate and support testing activities.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to Agile projects and digital transformation programmes.
Your skills
Who you are
You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience.
You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
You are comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in financial services
You have experience documenting functional requirements and business processes.
Knowledge of SQL, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
You communicate fluently in English and either Dutch or French.
