TRAFFIC MANAGER AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT(M/W) to international entrepreneur couple.

In a very attractive, dynamic and exclusive work and family environment, you will be reporting directly to the owners (a Belgian couple of top-level business and artist leaders). They are involved in audiovisual, photography, architecture, real estate and digital projects and need a trustworthy person to assist them in their professional and personal organization.

Your Mission

You will be in charge of, involved in:

· Maintaining calendar and appointments

· Arranging high level business / private travels (international and domestic)

· Archiving, updating contact databases, syncing i-phones/computers and update notebooks.

· Organizing (business/private) meetings, lunches, dinners and special events

· Preparing, translating and/or editing correspondence, emails, communications, presentations...

· Ensuring Community management. Developing and maintaining high level corporate social media.

· Running marketing campaigns for top level, national and international contacts and events, for audiovisual, photography, architecture and digital projects.

· Ensuring Personal support (e.g. personal holidays, organizational support for family, family admin…)

· Managing family affairs and estate (accountant, bank, electricity, telecom, gardener, housekeeper…)

This position will liaise closely and efficiently with the existing staff in Paris, Brussels and Ghent.

Autonomous position based at the choice of candidate in Brussels (preferred), Paris or Ghent, with frequent trips to business offices, client sites and private locations (Ghent, Brussels, Liege area and Paris).

Your Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required (Business school, Communication degree, Office and traffic Management, Executive Assistant, Foreign Languages…)

· Experience in international, top level Professional and Private Assistance is a plus.

Your Skills

· Excellent coordination, organization and follow-up skills

· Oral and written full fluency in English, French and Dutch

· Excellent communication, writing and social media editing skills. Copywriting is a plus.

· Excellent IT knowledge in standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web, photoshop is a plus)

· Strong administrative expertise and good financial understanding

· Able to multitask across multiple teams, projects and countries

· Driving licence.

· Positive and dynamic.

Rémunération : 2 189,81€ à 4 364,53€ par mois
