At erudite.health we are building Arch*i: a health platform that brings together medical knowledge, technology and artificial intelligence.
It starts from an extensive medical intake and turns that into personal guidance on nutrition, movement, mental health and supplementation. Not generic output. The decision logic is clinically grounded and validated before it reaches a user.
To the user it feels simple. Underneath sits a technically demanding system, where medical reliability and engineering quality are the same requirement.
You join on validated foundations. What exists today, you take through to completion and launch.
As an AI Developer, you help build the intelligence behind that platform.
What will you build?
You help build the AI engine behind Arch*i: the system that turns a medical intake into personalised, evidence-based health guidance.
Your work includes:
- The complete path from medical intake to personalised, well-founded guidance.
- Translating clinical decision logic into reliable, production-ready software.
- Building data pipelines that process health data correctly, securely and reproducibly.
- AI functionality that returns information with source and context, rather than a plausible-sounding guess.
- Testing, evaluation and guardrails: demonstrating that it holds up before it goes live.
- Monitoring and improving models in production, on quality, drift and cost.
- The full development lifecycle, from concept and implementation to deployment and follow-up.
Who are you?
You are an AI Developer who enjoys building software that goes beyond demos and prototypes.
You also recognise yourself in the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or equivalent through experience.
- At least two years of experience with Python and building production-ready software.
- Experience with LLMs and/or RAG, or the motivation to quickly deepen your expertise there.
- You write clean, well-tested code and think in systems rather than isolated scripts.
- You are curious, think critically and keep digging until you fully understand the underlying problem.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and professionally in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with computer vision or image processing.
- Familiarity with MLOps: deployment, monitoring and evaluation of models.
- An interest in healthcare, life sciences or medical technology.
- Knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulation around health data.

- Gross monthly salary between €3,700 and €4,900, depending on your experience and expertise.
