Role and Tasks
Reporting to the Compliance manager, you are responsible for creating and maintaining
high-quality technical artwork and documentation that supports Thule RV products
throughout their lifecycle. You ensure that user manuals, packaging artwork, technical
illustrations, and customer documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Thule
brand guidelines. In close collaboration with Product development, Compliance and Product
Management, you contribute to delivering a professional customer experience while
supporting regulatory and customer-specific documentation requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain user manuals, fitting instructions, packaging artwork and other
technical documentation in accordance with Thule brand guidelines.
- Develop clear technical illustrations and exploded views based on 3D CAD models using
appropriate software tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development to collect, verify and translate technical
information into customer-friendly documentation.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing artwork and documentation to reflect
engineering changes and product updates.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across all technical communication materials.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates and
workflows.
Profile
We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented and proactive colleague with a passion for
technical communication and graphical design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent through experience.
- Affinity with graphical design, technical documentation and visual communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to support a variety of activities
within the Product Development department.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary
teams.
- Eager to learn new software tools and continuously develop your skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good command of English; French is considered
an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign,
Illustrator and Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with 3D software such as SolidWorks Composer or similar is an
advantage, but motivation to learn is equally important.
