Operations Manager lonen in Zulte, VLG

The Finance Operations Service team currently has nine team members across the globe, with the majority of the team based in the Ghent office.

About 90% of your time will be spent on project follow-up in the office; the remaining 10% you will visit the sites. You are strong in plan and organise.

Lead, coach, and develop the EMEA marine operations team of five direct reports, creating clear accountabilities and fostering a high-performance culture.

You hold a master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience. Company car + loading pass.

This role is based in Belgium (from our Ghent office or your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week.
