What does a Facilities Officer do ?

As a Medior Facilities Officer, you will be part of the team responsible for managing infrastructure and internal services at Easi.

Your role is multifaceted: you will help coordinate operations related to insurance, buildings, the vehicle fleet and various cross-functional projects.

You will also be involved in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), controlling costs and preparing reports to inform management decisions.

In short, this position offers the ideal balance between interaction and collaboration with internal departments and strategic work that adds value through analysis, reporting and administrative management.

If you have experience in fleet and infrastructure management, an analytical mind, a flair for organization and service, while maintaining a human and proactive approach, this role is for you!

What are your responsibilities as a Facilities Officer ?

Manage the day-to-day administration of insurance policies (buildings, fleet, equipment), including coordination with brokers, claims follow-up, and internal information flow.
Monitor and maintain facilities KPIs and cost reporting, using Excel and internal tools, and provide clear operational insights to management.
Track, analyse and challenge facilities-related expenses to support cost control and budget optimisation.
Support the operational management of buildings, vehicle fleet and general services, including coordination of suppliers and follow-up of maintenance activities.
Contribute to facilities projects aimed at optimising costs, processes and service quality.
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams on facilities-related topics, ensuring timely support and effective solutions.
Ensure accuracy, compliance and proper structure of administrative files, including insurance documentation, reimbursements and internal approvals.

Who are we looking for as a Facilities Officer ?

Must-have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or a related field, with a strong affinity for numbers and data analysis developed through professional experience.
0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and ensure high-quality follow-up in a dynamic environment.
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute positively to team dynamics through a solution-oriented and supportive approach.
Solid command of Excel and/or other reporting and data analysis tools, used on a regular basis in a professional context.
Good professional working knowledge of English, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of KPI and cost control processes.
