Your key responsibilities

Here's what you'll be in charge of:

Create and update print and digital communication materials aligned with brand guidelines (brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, web and social media content)
Contribute to producing and adapting content in French and English for multiple channels, covering services, expertise, innovations and employer branding initiatives
Take part in developing visual and multimedia content including photography, image editing, video recording and editing
Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen engagement across teams
Update website content via a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and optimal user experience
Manage marketing and recruitment campaigns by tracking performance indicators and optimising results
Support the organisation and promotion of internal and external events, from preparation to post-event follow-up
Coordinate external partners and suppliers for communication materials, promotional items and event logistics
Monitor marketing and communication trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or equivalent
Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role
Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Knowledge of video editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Ability to adapt messages across multiple formats (print, video, web, social media)
Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual content
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and excellent written French
Familiarity with performance tracking tools and KPI analysis
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and productivity is an asset
