Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate, supervise and participate in production and packaging activities to ensure that the schedule is carried out in compliance with the requirements of safety, quality, productivity and food safety. You will work in a rotating shift system (morning/afternoon/night) on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
Team management
You will supervise a team of about 10 people.
You organize the daily work and distribute tasks according to priorities and skills.
You support, motivate and develop your employees.
You will ensure the integration and follow-up of new arrivals.
Production and performance monitoring
You ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
You guarantee the achievement of production objectives (deadlines, volumes, performance).
You identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
You track key metrics (yield, quality, productivity).
Collaboration and continuous improvement
You participate in production and coordination meetings.
You will work closely with the maintenance teams.
You report technical and operational needs.
You will participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality, safety and environment
You apply and enforce safety, hygiene and environmental rules.
You ensure that the production areas are clean and orderly.
You promote quality best practices to the teams.
You guarantee compliance with the standards SQDCPE (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Environment).

You have a bachelor's degree with a technical or agri-food orientation, or equivalent by experience.

You have a first successful experience (min. 5 years) in a similar position.

You are a field leader, able to adapt your management style and develop your teams.

You are known for your communication skills, your proactivity and your assertiveness.

You have good analytical skills, organization and rigor.

You are comfortable with computer tools (Office Suite).

Knowledge of systems HACCP and ISO is an asset.
