About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications to deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your role will involve writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. You will also participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to continuously improve the software development lifecycle. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the functionality and success of our digital products, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong understanding of web security best practices and data protection.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Build and optimize server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions to support application functionality.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and accessible designs.
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.

The required skills enable you to build and maintain both client-side and server-side components effectively, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Proficiency in front-end technologies allows you to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces, while back-end expertise ensures robust application logic and data management.
