Your new role
At Hensafe Consulting, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s our foundation. We’re seeking a hands-on HSE Supervisor with proven experience in construction site safety to help us deliver safer, smarter, and more compliant project environments across Wallonia.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Charleroi Area.
Your key role will be:
- Supporting data center clients with Site Due Diligence, EHS compliance, permitting, management systems, and audits
- Manage international projects for datacenter clients
- Regulatory compliance support, compliance auditing and managing (international) compliance audit programmes;
- Coordination of/experience with advisory services or regulatory reviews on specific EHS topics;
- Coordination of and involvement in international or local evaluations studies;
- EHS (management systems) consultancy and ad hoc EHS support to clients in the Charleroi region;
- Manage (local) clients, identify opportunities for supporting clients on EHS matters;
- Proposal and report writing in English;
- Diplomatic and effective communication with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.
What You Bring?
- Technical diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction or civil works
- Valid HSE certifications (e.g., VCA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and ISO 45001 standards
- Excellent observational, communication, and organizational skills
